## Email it from Tidy

1. Open the bid's **Bid Form** tab, or click **Submit Bid** on the board.
2. Check the **Scope** and bid value. It is filled in from your proposal if you have one.
3. Leave **Broadcast to all linked clients** on to send each client their own copy. Click **Add contact** for any client with no email.
4. Write the message or click **Generate with AI**.
5. Attach your bid form or proposal and any company documents.
6. Click **Submit Bid**, or **Preview N emails** and confirm.

## Log a bid you sent elsewhere

Submitted on a bid portal or by hand? Click **Log your bid instead** (or **Log proposal** on the board). Enter the date, value and notes, and attach the file.

## What happens next

The bid moves to **Submitted**, the submission is numbered in the history, and the follow-up schedule starts. Drafts show up on your Hub when it is time to chase.

When the client answers, set **Award** to **Won** or **Lost**. If they ask for a new price, set the bid to **Needs Revision** and submit a revision.

## Ask the agent

"Draft the submission email for the Harbor School bid." The agent opens the dialog filled in. You review it and send.
