Better: a free plan. Your company gets 10 bids in total with every feature, plus a one-time Tidy agent trial. No card needed. Tidy warns you at 8 of 10 so nobody gets surprised.
Every bid your company adds, whether you type it in, forward the invite or import it from a sheet. The 10 free bids are a lifetime total for the company, not a monthly allowance, and a deleted bid still counts.
On Pro and Max you pay for each person who works in Tidy. An admin can move a seat from one teammate to another at any time from Team Management.
An admin picks Pro or Max under Admin > Billing and pays on Stripe's secure checkout, monthly or yearly. Yearly is 2 months free. Plans renew automatically until cancelled.
Admin > Billing > Cancel plan, then confirm. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and you can undo until then. We email your admins when you cancel and 3 days before it ends. Partial periods are not refunded.
Nothing is deleted. Your company moves back to Free and you can keep opening every bid, file and proposal, and export takeoffs, budgets and proposals to Excel, Word and PDF. You just cannot add new bids past the free 10.
Only how much the Tidy agent can do. Pro covers everyday use: questions, reading documents, drafting emails. Max is for teams that hand the agent takeoffs and drawing reads all day.
