Set up weekly reports
Send your team a Monday roadmap, a Wednesday list of loose ends and a Friday follow-up list.
You need to be an admin.
- Open Admin > Settings > Reports.
- On Weekly Bid Roadmap Report, switch Enabled on. Keep Monday at 7:00 AM or change it.
- Under Recipients, add your estimators from Team, and type any other email (such as an owner's) and press Enter.
- Click Save, then Send test report now to see one in your inbox.
- Repeat for Weekly Unresolved Bids Report (Wednesday) and Weekly Follow-Up Opportunities Report (Friday).
